ARTICLE 2: SCOPE

These conditions apply to all sales of Laceter products made via the merchant site accessible from the website www.laceter.uk and to all countries. It is specified that these general conditions of sale are intended for individuals only. The resale or distribution of Laceter products purchased on www.laceter.uk is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 3: PRICE

The price of the articles is in euros, all taxes included, shipping costs are extra.

Laceter reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice the prices of the products offered on the laceter.uk website. The products are invoiced on the basis of the rates posted on the site laceter.uk at the time when the purchase is validated, subject to availability of the products ordered at this moment.

All orders are payable in Euros only.

The price including VAT of each item that the customer wishes to purchase, as well as the amount of shipping costs related to their delivery will be communicated to him/her either during his/her call to Customer Service Laceter, or when connecting to the website www.laceter.uk

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-19 of the Consumer Code, the customer will receive, upon delivery, for each of the items, written confirmation of the price paid detailing the price of items and delivery charges set.

ARTICLE 4: ORDER AND VALIDATION

Orders can only be placed via the Internet on the merchant site accessible from the website www.laceter.uk. The customer retains the telecommunication costs when accessing the Internet and using the site www.laceter.uk. The customer declares to have read and accepted these terms and conditions of sale before placing his order. The validation of his order is therefore acceptance without restriction or reservation of these general conditions of sale.

In case of prolonged inactivity during the connection it is possible that the selection of items chosen before this inactivity is no longer guaranteed. The customer will be asked to pick up his product selection from the start.

All the steps necessary for the sale are specified on the website www.laceter.uk in accordance with the provisions of article 1369-4 of the Civil Code.

In application of the provisions of Article 1369-5 of the Civil Code, the customer will have the opportunity, before finalizing his/her order, to check the details of his/her order and its total price, and correct any errors, before confirming its acceptance. From the moment the customer has validated his/her order, the Laceter Company will acknowledge receipt thereof without delay and electronically, it being specified that the acknowledgment of receipt of order will not be worth in any case confirmation of the availability of the products ordered nor validation of the payment of the order. The sale will be considered final only after the customer has received confirmation of the order by the company Laceter, specifying the articles have been shipped.

ARTICLE 5: AVAILABILITY

Product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website (www.laceter.fr), while stocks last. Some references, available in limited quantities, may not be available at the time of order. Indications are provided to the customer when placing an order. Errors or modifications can exceptionally exist, especially in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers.

The customer will be informed of the possible unavailability of his products by mail, or by any other means of communication (telephone, fax, etc.) within 15 days and cannot hold it in any way whatsoever to the company Laceter .

In case of unavailability of his or her products, the customer can either choose from the range another item, or cancel his order. If the buyer chooses to cancel his order, he will be immediately refunded if his bank account has already been debited and at the latest within 30 days of payment of the sums paid by the customer.

ARTICLE 6: NOMINATIVE INFORMATION

6.1 Ordering via the Internet

The customer must, in order to buy a product during his first order on the Laceter website, fill out an order form specifying certain mandatory fields, considered as information necessary for the management of the said order and the commercial relations, so that his selection can be taken into account.
6.2 Collection of information from minors over 16

Unemancipated minors do not have the capacity to contract. The collection of data from minors will have to be informed by the latter, with the parental authority.

6.3 Preservation and Access to Personal Information

In order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to meet the needs of its customers and ensure optimal service, Laceter will be required to keep certain information about the customer (contact details, etc ...). Under Law No. 78-17 relating to information technology and freedoms of January 6, 1978, customers of the company Laceter has a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him. To exercise this right, the customer is invited to send a mail to the Customer Service Laceter (address below - Article 14) or an e-mail to shop@laceter.com

Depending on the choice made by the customer during the validation of his order on the Internet, the latter will be likely to receive commercial and promotional information. If the customer no longer wishes to receive such information, he may request it by e-mail at shop@laceter.com

ARTICLE 7: PRESENTATION AND INFORMATION OF PRODUCTS

In case of manifest error between the characteristics of the articles and their representation, Laceter cannot be held liable.

ARTICLE 8: REFUSAL OF ORDERS

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.122-1 of the Consumer Code, Laceter will be entitled to refuse any abnormal order or placed in bad faith. In addition, Laceter will be entitled to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order with Laceter, or from any other merchant. "

ARTICLE 9: SHIPPING COSTS, DELIVERY AND TIME LIMITS

Shipping fees are offered with a minimum of 3 pairs purchased.

In all cases that an order is placed to a country that is a non-member of the European Union, the customer is the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes may be payable, these customs duties are then the responsibility of the customer.

9.2 Delivery of items is made to the address specified by the customer at the time of order (or notice of availability in the absence of the customer). It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the packaging and the contents of packages when receiving the goods.

Under no circumstances can Laceter be held responsible for the deterioration of the quality of the products and their packaging caused by transport.

9.3 In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, delivery of the ordered items will occur no later than 30 days from the day of the order, subject to full payment of the price. The delivery time varies depending on the type of port and the place of delivery. It runs from the receipt of payment or banking authorization. For all orders placed through the website www.laceter.fr, delays will be indicated to the customer when ordering, being specified that the deadlines indicated on the website www.laceter.fr are valid for all orders placed before noon (12 noon) Paris time (GMT + 1 am) Monday to Friday.

ARTICLE 10: CONDITIONS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payment of the customer's purchases is made by credit card only: accepted cards of the network "CB", Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is made via the sogecommerce secure payment server of Société Générale. This implies that no banking information concerning the Client passes through the site. Payment by credit card is perfectly secure.

ARTICLE 11: CANCELLATION / WITHDRAWAL / RETURN / EXCHANGES

11.1 Cancellation of order

Any request for cancellation of an order must be made before the shipment of the products, to be taken into consideration and no later than 24 hours before the date of departure of the packages. This cancellation must be made directly with Laceter's customer service by phone on +33 (0) 9 51 19 97 77 or by email at shop@laceter.com

11.2 Retraction

In application of the provisions of Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of seven full days from the delivery of his order to return the item or items for exchange or refund, at customer's choice, without penalties except for the cost of return.

The customer must inform Laceter customer service in writing (e-mail) of its decision before returning the goods.

The return costs will be borne by the customer.

The value of the returned products will be refunded to the customer, excluding the initial shipping costs without delay and at the latest in the thirty days following the date on which the right of retraction has been exercised.

In case of exchange, the costs of return and shipping of the products chosen in replacement will be charged to Laceter.

11.3 Return non-compliant or damaged products

In the event that one or more products are not in accordance with the customer's order or are defective, damaged or damaged, the customer must immediately inform the company Laceter and must return them to him at his expense and within 30 days from the delivery of his order. The replacement product (s) will be returned to the customer at the expense of Laceter.

In the event that the returned products (s) are no longer available, Laceter will inform the customer and will reimburse the customer the amount of said products (excluding any transportation costs).

11.4 Exchange

In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the products ordered from Laceter, despite the care and attention given by the latter to the selection of its products, the customer may, within thirty (30) days from the reception of his order and after having informed the Customer Service of Laceter (by telephone on +33 1 85 34 91 29 or by mail to boutique@laceter.fr), return said products at his expenses and in their original packaging at the following address:

The customer must indicate, when returning his products, whether he wants an exchange or refund of its products.

If the customer chooses to exchange his product (s), Laceter will re-dispatch, at its expense, and as soon as possible, products of the same value and quality.

If the customer chooses to be reimbursed, it will be immediately refunded an amount equal to the value of the returned product (excluding delivery costs) if his bank account has already been debited and at the latest within 30 days of payment. Sums paid by the customer.

ARTICLE 12: RETENTION OF PROPERTY

Until the full and effective payment of the price, Laceter remains the owner of the goods sold. The complete settlement will be worth transfer of property; however, the customer becomes responsible for the items starting at the delivery, the transfer of possession being transfer of the risks.

ARTICLE 13: APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES

13.1 These general conditions of sale are subject to French law.

13.3 If negotiations fail, the following provisions will apply:

13.3.1 Contract concluded by a French consumer from France: Any dispute arising in connection with the execution or interpretation of this contract shall be brought before the court of the defendant's domicile or place of delivery.

13.3.2 Contract concluded by a consumer placing an order from another country of the European Union: Any dispute arising in the context of the execution or interpretation of this contract will be brought before the competent courts according to the directives and regulations.
